Nice reasonable guy - gives good advice and works with you to find an agreeable solution (needed a parking spot for an RV for about one month and he helped out a lot).

Mr.patrick is such a great guy very affordable storage units and clean always plowed during winter time and always available if you have any questions or concerns about yr unit I wish I could give 10 Stars if you need a storage unit he is the one to see and get one from

Love this place, super close to our house and never had a problem. The owners are very nice and understanding and respond in a timely manner. I trust my stuff at their storage base and it works perfectly

Can’t say enough great things about this place! I searched for weeks for a storage unit and was only discouraged to not get any return calls of availability. Found McAlpin and not only did the owner pick up on the first call, he offered amazing rates and the whole process was so easy! Sadly I just left as I no longer need my unit, but cannot recommend them enough!! Clean, easy and affordable!

Had my car parked there for almost 2 years and he worked with me the WHOLE time. I was late WAY more often than not and still he allowed partial payments when I couldn’t get fully caught up. Genuinely great service and an understanding man.

McAlpin Self-Storage is everything I could have asked for in a self-storage facility! 24-hour access, convenient location, clean, well lit and safe and supporting small local business' is a plus! Contact with Patrick, the owner, is always so pleasant, transparent and helpful. It's really nice to be able to deal with a real human being vs. large corporate self-storage services.

Highly recommend for a no-fuss self-storage experience!

We used the facility to store my daughters belongings for a short time. It was clean, safe, and affordable. The management was very friendly and easy to get along with. I would recommend this facility to anyone and will use it again as needed.

I cannot give enough praise to McAlpin Self Storage. 10 GOLD stars across the board. Patrick is always such a pleasure to work with. Between the cleanse leanness and convenience of the units and Patrick’s professionalism, I honestly can’t imagine EVER renting elsewhere again. I say this with great confidence as I have rented from others right here locally and never ever had anything close to the service I receive with McAlpin. I highly recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Patrick McAlpin is one of the best people you will ever meet, and renting a unit from him is a great decision. Compared with the other facilities in the area he has better prices and similar or better units. Also he is an active member of the community, whereas some of the new facilities in the area are operated by out of state corporations. 5 Stars!

If there was any way I could give Patrick at McAlpin self storage greater than five stars I would. I have been renting a unit there for over 2 years now and could not be more pleased with my business there. I have had several storage units all over Ontario county but luckily we’ll never have to rent anywhere other than McAlpin again, truly such an incredible experience. Truly grateful.
